• Inspection on Delivery
You can inspect your order before payment. The courier will wait.

• Exchange
Within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition with tags.
Exchange is allowed for same or higher value (pay the difference).
Shipping fees are covered by the customer.

• Return
Within 24 hours only.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees will be deducted.
Discounted or custom items cannot be returned.

• Defects
If there’s a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.
We will cover all costs.

يتم خصم مصاريف الشحن.
المنتجات المخفضة أو المخصصة لا تُسترجع.

في حالة وجود عيب، تواصل خلال 24 ساعة مع صور واضحة.
